Mark Mobach, Ph.D. is a professor in Facility Management and leading professor at the Research Centre for Built Environment, Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen, as well as a professor in Spatial Environment and the User at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, the Netherlands. He is actively engaged in connecting facility management with architecture, interior design, real estate, and technology for better organizational performance. He is program leader of the research program Healthy Buildings, with a focus on education, healthcare, and offices. In 2019 Mark received the prestigious Dutch Deltapremie for his research in FM; the same year the research centre he affiliates was rated excellent. He has held and holds several positions relevant to the field, e.g., at FMN, EuroFM, and IFMA.
Nancy Sanquist is an author who has been in the built environment profession for many years working around the world as an historic preservationist, academic, urban planner, and technologist. Nancy is currently an IFMA Fellow, an Advisor to the IFMA Foundation and to the Greensboro Opera, and a member of the IFMA Research Advisory Committee.
Jeffrey Saunders is CEO of Nordic Foresight and serves as IFMA Director of Research. He formerly served as Director, Copenhagen Institute for Futures Studies and as an advisor at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Stability Operations. Jeffrey has conducted foresight exercises for Fortune 100 organizations and governments and has authored over 30 articles, reports, book chapters, etc., on the future of work, facility management, and organizations. He also authored 17 ethnographic analyses of subnational and organizational cultures along the Andean Ridge, North Africa, and the Middle East. Jeffrey regularly presents at conferences globally.
