Insights from the Executive Summit 2024

Data analysis process

The analysis took a five-step process:

Firstly, FM Leaders critically discussed the table theme and doodled on the tablecloths with their thoughts.

Secondly, the tablecloths were sequentially developed as each group added their comments.

Thirdly, the tablecloths were digitized, and comments were annotated to create a word-processed version.

Fourthly, data was imported to a qualitative data analysis software, QSR NVivo, and grouped into themes.

Finally, the data was modeled and visualized into spider diagrams.

Challenges
