From Potential to Performance: Turning FM Insight into Impact Across Latin America

Context

The 2026 IFMA LATAM Conference represents a clear shift from exploration to execution. Building on the foundations of the inaugural event in 2025, the focus now moves from awareness to action, and from aspiration to measurable performance.

As facility management teams across Latin America increasingly engage with data, digital tools, and sustainability agendas, the challenge is no longer whether transformation is needed, but how it is delivered in real operational contexts.

In a region characterized by strong professional mindset and high adaptability, yet often constrained by resources, this conference will spotlight how insight can be translated into better decisions, stronger leadership, and tangible outcomes.

A Shared Principle Across the Conference

Local and regional context remains central to all sessions.

Speakers and contributors will be encouraged to:

  • Reflect LATAM realities and operating environments
  • Share locally relevant case studies and experiences
  • Demonstrate how ideas can be applied in practice and developed over time
