Group Membership Details
A plan administrator must be identified to serve as a liaison between the group and IFMA staff, and to receive the annual group renewal invoice.
- A plan administrator serves as the primary contact with IFMA, manages the group membership, and receives the annual renewal invoice.
- Memberships belong to the organization, not the individual. The plan administrator may add or update members at any time during the year, with new members invoiced immediately.
- Group memberships are billed annually on a single invoice and must be paid with one check or credit card. Dues and fees apply to a full 12-month membership term.
- All group members must meet base membership requirements and may add optional fees. All new members must join a chapter, council, or community in their first year.
- Existing IFMA memberships may be pro-rated to align with the group renewal date. Group members are not contacted individually regarding renewal.
- Discounts apply to Associate and Professional memberships only.
Event Discounts
Group discounts are available for IFMA events. Register four members for full World Workplace Conference & Expo registration and receive the fifth registration at no cost. Additional event discounts may apply.
