Base Membership Dues

Base membership dues are the required cost of IFMA membership and are determined by your membership type and country of residence.

IFMA uses a tiered pricing model to account for regional differences. Your country determines your pricing tier, which sets your base membership dues before any chapter, council, or community fees are added.

Membership Types

IFMA offers opportunities for every stage of your career, so that you can perform at the highest level.

FM Professional

Facility practitioners whose primary responsibilities include providing or overseeing one or more facility management functions.

Associate

Individuals working in business development, sales or marketing for facility-related products or services.

Young Professional

Individuals who are 35 years of age or younger.

Student

Candidates who are in full-time study at an accredited college or university.

Discovery

Individuals new to the profession or those who do not primarily work in FM. Have access to limited benefits. New members only.
