Successful Learning Outcomes

Personal Learning Commitment

Organizations should obtain a written statement of commitment from each participant before enrollment.

Example: All IFMA credentials are earned through individual effort. Participants should plan to dedicate approximately 50 study hours to complete their program successfully.

Authorized Study Aids

Participants must be informed of what study resources are permitted. Only the following materials may be used during study and testing:

  • IFMA-issued official study guide
  • Instructor-provided study decks
  • Participant’s own notes

No Artificial Intelligence Assistance

Use of AI tools or any external aids that replace personal study is strictly prohibited. Violations undermine the integrity of learning and will result in the nullification of the credential.

Fast-Track Completion Expectations

Participants aiming to complete the program quickly should still read all course materials thoroughly. The goal is meaningful knowledge acquisition — not simply checking a task off the list.

Our relationship with IFMA will enable our facilities management teams to deliver industry-leading expertise that helps clients achieve their evolving business objectives. Our professionals need adaptable training that equips them with cutting-edge tools to meet growing demand and navigate emerging career paths. This collaboration creates extensive opportunities for professional development and career advancement — critical components for attracting top facilities management talent."
